The Investment Strategy for the Broadband Innovation Fund LLP is to provide long term capital appreciation with a better than average Internal Rate of Return (IRR) to its investor participants while at the same time reducing risk by effective management and proven underwriting standards. Proven underwriting standards - Management has devised a 20 point grading system to determine the viability of investment participation into an approved WISP.

WISP Personnel Experience - Fund managers have more than 12 years of manage experience in Internet operations including the hiring, training and recognition of qualified personnel.

Investment Securities Design - ICM management has more than 20 years with investment securities design and has incorporated this experience in the Fund Offering allowing proper protections with participating investors.

Investment Banker Participation - ICM management has secured the services of a qualified investment banker and constantly monitors performance standards thus insuring the lowest cost of funds raised for both the benefit of the investors as well as the WISP.
