Fund Objective - Innovation Capital Management

The investment objective of the Broadband Innovation Fund is to invest in undercapitalized rural Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) in which affordable equity and debt capital is difficult and/or impossible to obtain. Managers of the Fund believe that the “pooling” of subscribers with multiple WISP will greatly benefit the WISP with cost effective automation tools and significantly increased subscriber valuations.

This is achieved by cost benefit from the aggregation of personnel resources including but not limited to technical support, customer service, network management, engineering, equipment installation, advanced software automation, financial structuring, wider investment appeal, greater subscriber valuations and significantly reduced cost of general operations.

The Fund Objective is to coordinate, aggregate, manage assist a significant number of WISP with a small number of broadband subscribers that when “pooled” together form a larger pool with substantially greater subscriber value then when remaining in a smaller pool. When properly managed, both the WISP and the investor will benefit from increased return on investment with less risk over a shorter investment horizon.
