Broadband Innovation Fund LLCThe Concept
The Broadband Innovation Fund "the Fund" is a unique concept in capital funding in that it is designed to provide capital to small operators without giving up independence. This is accomplished by aggregating collective resources such as subscribers, personnel and funding request together to create a much larger interest. The larger the loan/grant request, the larger the investor interest and the more attractive a funding application becomes. This is largely due to the cost of raising money and the type of investors that participate in large funding request. It is simply easier to raise $25M- $100M than it is to raise $1M or less.
Participants
The Participants to the Fund become a part of "pool" of funding requests that allow a more efficient application, final award and ultimate disbursement of funds. The managing member of the Fund, Innovation Capital Management LLC, is a Texas Corporation, wholly owned by Competitive Companies, Inc., (OTCBB: CCOP) allows for a unique series of equity funding opportunities for its participants. The Participants actually assist in the capital raising efforts by allowing CCOP qualified fund raisers to present this unique funding program with its enormous upside opportunity.
