Managing Partner- William H. Gray
Mr. Gray is the original concept developer of the Broadband Innovation Fund. His extensive experience in capital market understanding and investment securities design promotes unique financial strategies conducive to enhanced high yield portfolio returns. Additionally, Mr. Gray is the President and CEO of DiscoverNet, Inc., an eleven (11) year old successful Internet Company located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Prior to his development of DiscoverNet, Mr. Gray was a senior investment advisor for several institutional brokerage companies's focused on managing state pension funds and commercial banks investment portfolios. His primary responsibilities will be to design the Fund investment criteria and objective and set standards and financial ratios to mitigate and manage risk.
Partner- Larry Griffin
Mr. Griffin is an advanced computer programmer highly experienced with financial & billing software directly related to the Telecommunications Industry. Mr. Griffin was a senior programmer with WorldCom since its inception and was responsible for billing integration for WorldCom's acquisitions from 1984 through 2001. Mr. Griffin is in charge of financial automation programming related to the ICM RAAP Project. The RAAP (RUS Automation Application Program) Project is designed to reduce the more then 90 hours required in producing a qualified RUS application to less than 10 hours with advanced accuracy.
